Job Description:
This position will be responsible for technical guidance of the application development process, including defining and maintaining development standards. The employee would be technically accountable for the application development process. This position will be responsible for the development and adherence of developmental procedures. Three years of MFG/Pro experience. The position will be responsible for the technical training of the development process for new employees.
REQUIRES:
* Four year degree in relevant field, computer science, business or engineering. Training and/or certification on relevant MRP/ERP systems would be helpful. An MBA or advanced degree would be helpful
* A minimum of 3 yrs of QAD/MFG/Pro ERP Applications.
* Working knowledge of UNIX, Microsoft Windows, MS Office, MS Project, relational databases like Oracle, Progress and SQL Server.
* Working knowledge of IT cycle life cycle, project management, and computer validation.
* Seven to ten years of experience with application development and/or system integration of off-the-shelf computer systems.
* Previous project management experiences with computer projects a must.
* Experience with formal IT methodologies / standards.
* Demonstrated understanding of implementing and supporting computer systems in a GxP / Validated environment.
