Hy!
I'am a new in this, so i hope you could help me.

I need to create a program who has three frames. Frame one must display some company name and code, the second one must display workers of company and code of company, and the third one will be a place where you can store workers who translate from one company to another keeping name of worker, and changing code of worker by company whose going to.


could you tell me how I will do this, where to start?

You should consider training. It is very simple to write bad code that works (just about) in progress (oops OpenEdge). It needs more understanding to write good code.
