Browse Drop Down Column

Is there any way to add a drop down to each row in a column of a browse? I'm using AppBuilder on Progress 9.1E and want to have one field for selecting Unit of Measure to be done through a drop down to avoid user input differences. If this is possible, can you show me the syntax that I would use in the Display trigger if that is the proper practice?

If on Progress 9.1E the only way is to overlay a drop down widget (combo-box or browse) over the relevant browse cell and set the relevant column COLUMN-READ-ONLY to true. Some examples here:
