before send mail or objectrenderer

I am using Outlook.aplication to send mail but I have the necessity to know the mail size before sending it and if it is very heavy to cancel the shipment. Already try to activate the outlook event but it doesn't work me. Do they know somehow about canceling an outlook shipment?

Does somebody have an example of as managing the objectrenderer?

The file sized depend of the attachment size, you just have control the attachment(s) file size and not allow a too heavy file attachment. It is not possible ?
