There is a page on their site, linked from the page with scores, that explains their methods at a high level. Mostly it boils down to mentions in web searches, a few select web sites, and social media. Do they include mentions of "Progress" in the score of "OpenEdge"? Doubtful.
So given their methods, I'm certainly not going to lose sleep over OpenEdge's position in that list. If you just want to see a list of database and database-like products, that page may have value for you. The rankings matter little, in my opinion. I need my platform be supported and to solve business problems; it does both nicely. I don't need it to be competitive in popularity contests.
