Allow number of filters to be customized by page

For some of our objects, we require a large amount of filters to get an expression that can handle the data filtering we need. Right now, the number of filters is controlled in the shared properties file. We would like to maintain the same number for all of our customers, but some of them do not require 12 filters and when you use them dynamically, it takes up a large portion of the screen. It would be nice if you could configure the default number of filters when you are configuring your page. Or you could dynamically add a filter if you need it by hiding them on the UI.
