Adding Databases to Desktop2

I'm having a problem adding more than 5 databases, even when I set -h to 10. When I try to build Desktop (version 2.6.1), I get a message "Maximum number of shared-memory segments per process exceeded (1175)". I haven't had much luck finding a solution in AIX, Progress or MFG/PRO knowledgebases. I'm on AIX 5.1 and Progress 9.1D. Any input would be appreciated.
 
You have EXTSHM on and still you get 1175 error?

What output you get from proutil <dbname> -C dbipcs?

and from unix command line: ipcs -m?

How much memory do you use and how much memory do you have?
