If you have Appserver or webspeed in earlier versions then you also have webspeed workshop.
Or do you mean something else?

I got what you’re trying to say.

I don't have webspeed or Appserver in my system and i don't know how the environment looks.

I am doing R&D, whether can we use this webspeed for my projects are not and one more thing i came to know form the tips and tracks i can use webspeed, but the problem is i am not familiar to webspeed, that's why i am searching where i will get "webspeed" Package...

Please help me in this Regards,...

The evaluation kit also has WebSpeed in it. So you can use that for evaluation purposes. (just follow the link in my previous post).
