Ability to change assemblies file reference dynamically

Similar to previous submission made by Lieven De Foor "Support for multiple assemblies directories". For similar reasons I would like to have the ability to dynamically amend the assemblies file with the inclusion of "unload" functionality. This would provide much better flexibility when deciding what should be referenced in an application based on configuration. There is perhaps little difference in allowing this and allowing dynamic amendment or Propath, assemblies should go hand in hand with that ability to allow complete control.
