Yes, I believe the authentication is the issue as I have another command line based email that works, mainly because it has authentication with it.

Our Item Numbers are 4 characters long, sometimes 5 (example 1007 or 1256L). If I understand correctly, the image stored in the working directory would be 1007.bmp or 1256L.bmp. Do I need to associate the item number with the item number image or should it just load without any association done?
