Question Where has the Pro SOAP Viewer / SOAP SPY tool gone?

Where has the ProSOAPView-SOAPSpy tool gone?
It's been about 6~7 years since I last used it and I need to debug some SOAP+XML payloads.
Is there another alternative tool I can use?

It looks like prosoapview was discontinued after 11.7.
