Dear Friends,

we are facing issue related for app server for web service. sometime it is getting hanged in sending the request and not comes in available state, when we see which process is running then some java process is being executing by app server.

kindly advise how to overcome from this.

Have a look at the broker/server log files. Is there anything there?

ERROR: No servers available. (8089)

In my experience the broker log would normally show the no servers available error. What do the server logs show ? Also can you start additional app servers so if one gets hung, there is another to handle future requests ?

You can enable verbose logging on the app servers and that should help track down what is causing the error.
