Help Required - SDO, AddQueryWhere, GetQueryString & GetQueryWhere!!!
I have a Smart Browser which contains 3 radio-set widgets which are used to change the data displayed in the Smart Browser (i.e. manipulate the SDO Query).
ISSUE 1)
In many examples, the calls to procedures such as Addquerywhere are located in the Window or in the Viewer/Browser. Are there any reasons why the code shouldn't be placed in the SDO, with the Radioset triggers communicating with the SDO via PUBLISH/SUBSCRIBE statements???
ISSUE 2)
I am updating the query by use of ADDQUERYWHERE statements, however, either Progress or I am getting confused....
Message statements displaying the results of GETQUERYWHERE and GETQUERYSTRING are giving different results!
The GETQUERYSTRING displays the where clause including updates from ADDQUERYWHERE, however GETQUERYWHERE is showing no changes!
Explanations on a PostCard....... (or E-mail...)
I have had some problems with setting the "DB Required" tick box in the appbuilder, so whether or not this could be the reason, I don't know.
