For some reason 4 servers are being trimmed when there is no activity for
an hour. In the Broker log file a serverwatchdog message is written that
states "Currently running 5 servers... Max busy interval = 0. The 4
servers are trimmed (shutdown) leaving only one server.
This never happened before I upgraded from 9.1B to 9.1D. Sounds like a
configuration settings is incorrect.
The messenger and brokers are running on a Windows 2000 machine.
