You may have heard that CES 2015 will play host to a new start-up competition, the Extreme Tech Challenge (XTC), a unique competition designed to fuel the world’s top emerging tech entrepreneurs and accelerate their success. Big names such as Amazon, IBM, Samsung, and even Red Bull are on board, putting up prize money, offering infrastructure, and mentoring the next wave of billionaires as they try to develop the latest hit app.
But did you know that Progress is sponsoring XTC and running a contest within a contest to spark the next breakthrough business application?
Here’s the deal:
Build an application using one or more of the three Progress technologies:
Participants in the Progress XTC-Challenge will receive free development licenses to Progress Rollbase, Progress Corticon and/or Modulus as well as complimentary product training and mentoring. 1st Prize is $25,000 USD in Market Development Funds and 2nd & 3rd Prize are $5,000 USD in Market Development Funds.
