The system is unable to authenticate you

Hi all,

Is there anyone of you knows this problem, I try all instructions in the desktop installation, but then I'm can not login to the desktop using
Login : admin
password : mfgpro

I put the wspd_cgi.sh in tomcat but still i got the same problem.

Is there something else to tweak here, or there are some magic that ican not be found in the book? Please help . Thanks

I had this same problem and I receive help from qad so I may be able to help you, but I need more information. Please take a look at the authentication.log file and post the error message that you see.

Unable to log in QAD Desktop 2

Thank you very much Ken, Your Right , I reviewed the authentication log and everything are there indicating errors in my setup etc.My Next Problem is my maintenance program which I cannot run in my desktop. Any Ideas on this? Thanks in advance.Ferdie Banu
