Does anyone have any experience of working with tapi32.dll in Progress? Does anyone happen to have the external procedure defs for the API? Or even an example of it working? Cheers.

The MSDN documentation seems shocking.

How on earth am I meant to determine datatypes from that?

would be nice if someone could share his secrets. "tapiRequestMakeCall" is easy to set up.

First step is to initialise with "lineInitializeEX". How on earth makin that ?

Thankfully for me, the client has decided to go down the COM route. Much easier!
