Syteline 6 support

Which organization(s) is/are providing support for Syteline 6? Its not Mapics (now Infor) which owns Syteline / Symix and version 7.
 
Hi,

Our team provides Syteline 6.x support. We also do migrations to Syteline 7.

We support clients from SYMIX version 4.3 (released in 1994) and Syteline version 2.5 onwards.

Hello.

A more thorough answer is that Infor still supports previous versions of Syteline...including Syteline6. They are moving companies toward the SL8 platform though.

Our group, Eclipse Consulting, Inc. does offer an alternative to Syteline Support and Maintenance and you can read about it here (http://www.eclipsepc.com/SytelineSupportandMaintenance.html) if that is something that would interest you. This is geared more as an internal supplement to your staff, not necessarily as a replacement for your support agreement with Infor...although we do have one company who does not plan to upgrade (SL4) and they only use us and do not "maintain" Syteline...

In either case, good luck - there are a few options out there and that is a good thing!
