Substitute for session:printer-name in version 7

Hi,

I'm having a problem with SESSION:PRINTER-NAME. We are working with Progress version 8 for windows system pc's and with version 7 for venix systems. Apparently the session:printer-name is not available in version 7.
Is there something else to use in version 7 that gives the same result?

Thanks for your reply but this doesn't really solve my problem.

Could there be some method to compile programs conditionally? I mean, we use this 'PRINTER-NAME' attribute, which does not exist in Progress version 7, in an include file. Is it possible to compile the program using this include file in version 7 and not using it in version 8 without changing the program code?
