[Stackoverflow] [Progress OpenEdge ABL] Progress PRODATASET - Is there an equivalent of parent-id-field in 10.1C? Or an alternative?

Trying to use READXML to pull into a dataset, and that part works, but in 10.1C there is no parent-id-field functionality (comes in 11.x). So I don't know how to "relate" / join my temp-tables.

Any thoughts on workarounds? Upgrading to 11.x is not an option. :-(
