I have created a PAS named oepas2 in localhost:9090. But then I realized that I wrote a wrong path to the "instance directory" field. I should have written a windows path to specify the new folder's(oepas2) path but I wrote a completely irrelevant thing, something like localhost:8815/oemanager, same with the URL field above it. As a result, it could not create a folder because there's no path like that.

Then I tried to delete the PAS from the resources menu, but It said delete failed :

I found some commands to delete the PAS folders via proenv but as a result of not having the folder created, I can't go to folder's directory and execute tcman command.

How can PAS be deleted in this kind of situations? I don't want to have bunch of useless PAS on my localhost page.
