Sedgwick Claims Management Services (Sedgwick CMS) is a leading national
provider of third party claims management services for self-insured

Our continuing dynamic growth (20% + per year for the last four years) has
created an immediate challenging, rewarding career opportunity for a Senior
Programmer/Analyst to be located in our corporate IT department in Memphis,
Tennessee.
Our Senior Programmer/Analysts design, develop, maintain, test and debug
software for the company's proprietary claims management applications using
the latest versions of PROGRESS and WebSpeed. Senior Programmer/Analysts
develop expertise in, and assume responsibility for one or more specific
functions of the system and also provide leadership for other members of
the team.
We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals who have demonstrated
ability to work independently; have excellent problem-solving skills; are
detail oriented; possess a degree in Information Systems or a related area;
and have at least 5 years of GUI development experience using PROGRESS 4 GL
version 8 or higher.
We offer a friendly, business casual work environment and a competitive
compensation and benefits package including paid vacation & holidays, medical,
dental, 401(k), tuition assistance program, and a company funded retirement
income program. Salary range for the Senior Programmer/Analyst position is
$50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and relocation assistance is
available. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's
annual bonus program.
