SQL Dts conection to Progress

I'm trying to setup a DTS using Sql 2000 connecting to Progress via ODBC. I have created the ODBC using Merant 3.6. It passes the test fine. But in SQL the DTS says insufficient information to connect to data source.

Any ideas? Is there a better way to pull data?
