Split Destination Printing

I have a client using SyteLine 4.00.02 on an NT server with NT Workstation
clients. This client wants to be able to run their Customer Order Invoicing
process only once, but have SyteLine direct the individual invoices to one
of two printers based on the End User Type field. Each printer will have
the appropriate paper stock loaded for the invoices.

The client wants this process to be transparent to the user and wants the
user to only have to process the invoice generation screen once. Has anyone
developed a procedure or enhancement to satisfy this need? Any help or
ideas are appreciated.

Bon Matin Chip,

There is a couple of software that can be used for print queue redirection
they range from JetForms / JetForms Central to VSI*Fax or ZetaFax (don't let
the faxing capabilities fool you) you name a logical queue and have the
software copy the input to the right spooler ...

Maybe some users can recommand they preferred package again ... (I moved my
e-mail so archives are not handy for now)

If you have a package that let you add logic based on $LOGNAME then you
would be all set with 100% guarantee of success and "instant" delivery ...

Eric.

PS If you are not looking to embedded graphics and play with the header
layout they you can go with plain vanilla JetForms instead of Jetforms for
Symix... Just in case budget is a major constraint ...
