Spill File I/O Error

A coworker got Spill File I/O Error in the Progress editor. She was doing a global replace. When she did the replace one at a time it worked fine.

Any ideas, anyone? Thx

it seems a lack of memory. May be the a screen saver turns on, consuming a lot of memory/CPU resources.
