Hi - is anyone familiar with this application? We have been experiencing very very slow user response times...then the "RI Databse" went down. When it was brought back up, the problems vanished...vendor has indicated it may be because we were shadowing (for backup) the databases.....we were wondering if there were tools we could deploy to look at to monitor the server/databases. App is 32 bit running on 10.1x ...
