ECR International, founded in 1928, is a manufacturer of indoor heating and
cooling products. Headquartered in Utica, New York, ECR has 6 manufacturing
facilities in the Northeastern United States and Ontario, Canada.
We currently have an opening for a full time Software Developer at our data
center located in Dunkirk, NY. Primary responsibilities are development and
support of internal business critical software systems. Duties include
analysis, development, implementation, documentation and maintenance of
application systems.
Experience with a manufacturing ERP package is desired, specifically in
Progress version 9 GUI and MAPICS Syteline 6. Familiarity with Cognos
Business Intelligence, Powerplay and Impromptu is a plus. Applicant must
have good customer skills to facilitate requirement clarification and
development activities. A Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of related
experience required.
