Show Acrobat Toolbar by default

Hello.

Using Microsoft's WebBrowser OCX, how can I automatically full show Acrobat toolbar. Currently, there is an icon in the floating toolbar that allows user to display full toolbar on top.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Goal: Display PDF using WebBrowser OCX with READ MODE = OFF so full acrobat interface is displayed
