Shipping problems v3.5

Hi all

Well my latest problem is that when we try to ship orders for a particular customer, all users have to get out of the account. Which stops the salesperson adding new orders! If we don't kick everyone out of the account, the shipping of the order takes forever.

I thought this might be resolved by putting orders to history for this customer but the utility doesn't allow me to specify a customer, just a batch of orders within date ranges.

Has anybody had this and resolved it???
