Serious Need

I have a need that is very hard to find. The skill set calls for Progress a Version 9 developer, Smart Data Objects, ADM (Development Environment), Data Server, App Server (assuming application server) Java Swing and Oracle. The contract would be 6+ months in the Buffalo, NY area, most of the clients projects go for 8-12 months on extensions. Best I can do is 60.00 hr. a person. Any help would be appreciated. Referals are fully compensated. Thank you in advance.
