Reuse of rule flows in a rule flow

If would be useful if rule flows could be reused in other rule flows for two reasons: - generally used combinations of rulesheets only need to be modelled once - it would be possible to build and test combinations of rule sheets and use them in other ruleflows, this would also be handy when the rules need to be changed
