NDCHealth has an immediate opening for a Progress Systems Analyst. As a
Progress Systems Analyst, you will provide development and operational
support services to all aspects to one of our retail pharmacy products
including programming in Pascal. Technical documentation associated with
all aspects of products. Some architectural design as well as some customer
interaction and troubleshooting will also be required. Periodic written and
verbal reporting to all levels of management.
Responsibilities will include:
* Contextual and User Analysis
* Program design and documentation.
* Usability Testing
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in designing usable application
interfaces.
* Skilled programmer and database administrator in Progress
environment (5+ years).
* Solid skills with SCO 5.2 Unix.
* Able to converse in written and verbal English with Management,
peers, and customers.
* Excellent technical documentation skill.
* Working knowledge of Pascal programming a plus.
* Experience in pharmacy systems industry and/or pharmacy
operations a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or
equivalent and 7+ years experience.
