Progress programming for Palm OS

is there a way to use progress for programming a Palm OS application?

No, there has never been a release of Progress for Palm OS and it is probably pretty safe to assume that there never will be one.

Note that while you can't have a Progress client on the Palm, that doesn't mean that you can't have a Palm client talking to a Progress application via AppServer.
