Progress Openedge 10.2A silent install Problems

Hi,

I am new at these forum. So i wanted to say hi.

And i have a question about the silent install of the Openedge Shared Network installation of OpenEdge 10.2A.

Is there a soulution to run the setup silently?? I tried everything i know. With parameters from installshild.
But nothing worked.

I found a entry in the pscNetSetupMsg.log file:
Message=A path to the log file must be supplied using the -psclog parameter.

but i don't know what these mean.

Can anybody help me??

Have you read the installation manual? It has a section on creating response files for silent installs. By the way if you can avoid it, I would recommend staying away from a network install. Performance will not be ideal.

I have read the installation manual, but nothing works.
I have tried with the response file.

In my case i will install the shared network installation on different clients, so i need a silent installation.
