Progress DB start as a Service

I have a batch script that start a database to a different time zone other than os.

Question: How can I run my batch file as a service than can be managed easily because I have multiple database & time zone on a single server.

Progress Version: OE 10.1a
Windows 2003 SE
Any help is greatly appreciated.
