Install (by default) the progress.exe.manifest and eclipse.exe.manifest file for high resolution screens with attribute dpiAware set to true to allow users to set the display scaling to greater 100%. For PDSOE, eclipse.exe.manifest is installed by default, but dpiAware is set to false. For _progress.exe, the manifest file does not define dpiAware. For any OpenEdge product that runs on Windows and is interactive, provide the manifest file with dpiAware set to true. Example eclipse.exe.manifest eclipse true
