Having just lost 2 days uninstalling and reinstalling OpenEdge 11.7 because of issues with the PDSOE installation I wonder why we can't install PDSOE using the regular update site mechanism provided by Eclipse. If that fails it would be separate from the Progress installation see also tech support cases 00454949 and 00455000
