The customer of ours found the corruptions in their two databases: wrong dbkeys as well as bad record size (records overlap). Investigation has proven it was caused by the bug of Veritas Volume Manager fixed in 6.0.1: 2675538: The vxdisk resize command may cause data corruption. https://sort.symantec.com/public/documents/sfha/6.0.2/linux/productguides/html/sfha_notes_602_lin/ch01s10s05.htm Just a warning.
