We have got an application running in Progress version 11.3.2 which is not showing any tool tip text whenever the mouse is place over that icon. However when testing the same application with version 11.3.3 this works alright. We have to support the application on 11.3.2 and an upgrade to 11.3.3 is not feasible. Has anyone encountered this before. Is there any workaround for this.
