Hello, In the server log file, below error is logged Failed to execute using Document com.corticon.service.ccserver.exception.CcServerTimeoutException: Failed to execute due to a the Thread has timed out. Note: I am using Service call out extension (.jar file) to call DS1, DS2, DS3 from DS4 decision service. The setting of com.corticon.server.execution.queue.timeout property is 180000 Please suggest what could be the possible root cause of the issue. Thanks, Archana
