I tried all tables in $DLC/prolang/utf8. They all sort [] brackets the same way Is it possible to create our own collation table ? The documentation (https://documentation.progress.com/output/ua/OpenEdge_latest/index.html#page/dvint/modifying-openedge-collation-tables.html) states "If you need to modify an International Components for Unicode (ICU) collation, contact Progress Software Technical Support for assistance."
