Roundtable 11.x is only tested on OE 10.2B and higher. It is also coded in a way to ensure compatibility with regards to newer keywords and language features. I suspect it will probably compile on OE 10.2A and work. I'm not sure sure that the 11.x baseline will compile on OE versions older than that.
