Are you saying you uninstalled 10.2B and, without reinstalling 11.2 it just magically reappeared? If so, I would say that you never uninstalled 11.2 but instead just deleted the installation directory on disk. Sounds like you need to clean up the registry before reinstalling. I think there is a KB article on doing that.
