We currently use OEE for this, but in certain cases it's a nightmare. Our development server hosts 150 databases and OEE makes this a nightmare to maintain. Add to that that the Adminserver can be temperamental at times... I'm working on a utility to convert conmgr.properties to pf files and associated batch files so we can migrate easily.
