Hello Simon, Your observation is as expected, in existing releases. Please raise an Idea at: community.progress.com/.../rollbase In the absence of granular permissions for templates, the setting to enable View from the Menu permissions section, will also make it possible to Create / Edit / Clone and Delete templates. To stop access to templates for a particular userrole, uncheck the "Templates" option at the menu-level to prevent the user from seeing the templates and permitted actions. Regards, Karthikeyan
