David, In reading your post from 6:42 AM this morning, the f454c2e0.0 file it is looking for means that there is a certificate chain (i.e. a chain of certificates .. more than one) that are required. Step 3 from my post is something you MUST do to get this working. Whomever controls that server has not provided you will all of the certificates. Brian
