Yes, that is correct. Roundtable TSMS 11.6 is compatible with OE 10.2B and higher. So, if you are still on an older OE release, it doesn't mean that you cannot have the latest and greatest Roundtable. :) Come up to where the flavor is. Come up to Roundtable country.
