Hi All, I managed to get this resolved with the help of Karthikeyan Bhaskaran (kbhaskar) from Support. My batch job was using values from other objects to create the Comm Log record, which did not have view permissions enabled for the Server API role. Therefore the error message was a bit misleading, but at least its resolved now. Regards,
