17391 - 16384 (2^14) = 1007 Anything below 1000 is v9 or earlier. Anything between 1000 to 1099 is version 10 (and I think 1008 is the last value, for 10.2B). Anything above 1100 is version 11. So they execute 10.2B with 64 bits rcode, on a v11 AVM.
