"Expected for OE 12.1: -ecsize, -secsize, -numCheckPointStats but not implemeted." Changing -numCheckpointStats online was implemented in 12.1, but the way to change it is not through increaseto. Instead, it can be changed through _DbParams VST and PROMON's Adjust Startup Parameters screen.
